Is the Market Cooling Down?

People are always asking me if the market is slowing down?

Well the answer is, I don't know!

Here's what I do know. My open house this Sunday (Bergen County NJ) didn't show signs of it slowing down.

Here are the details:

1) Had an offer in my pocket before I started the open house.

2) I had approximately 50 people show up between 1-3p

3) Three or four people said they're going to put in offers.

4) Most likely some people that didn't say anything to me, that might put in offers as well.

Is the market cooling? I'm not so sure. It feels pretty hot from where I'm standing!
